Fancy Nancy

Fancy Nancy
by Jane O'Connor

This book is mostly about Nancy trying to be fancy. She is training her family to be fancy too. In the beginning her favorite color is fuchsia. Nancy said, "That is a fancy way of saying purple". Nobody in Nancy family is fancy.

Then she gets an idea that is stupendous. She said "Maybe I can teach my family how to be fancy". Then they learned to be fancy. Finally they went to the King''s crown. Her mom said "Let's have parfaits". But she spilled them all over her. After that they just want to go home. When they are home Nancy said "Thank you for being fancy tonight".
