Cowgirl Kate and Cocoa Rain or Shine

This book is mostly about Cowgirl Kate and her hourse Cocoa in the rain. In the beginning Cowgirl Kate wants Cocoa to do chores but cocoa wants to race the wind. Then it starts thundering and raining. Cocoa was scared but he told Kate that he was raceing the wind. Finally the next morning Cocoa told Kate the rain stopped. So they went to check the cows.
