Then she has to do a book report. After dinner her dad reads the book. The next day mom takes Nancy to the art store. Nancy said "I am going to make the cover." Finally the school day is here, but she has only two sentences for her report. She spent too much time on the cover. So the teacher just lets her tell the class about the book. She does great.

The book Toot and Puddle Get With the Beat is mostly Toot getting in the beat with the music. Toot and Puddle were by the pond. Puddle said "Can you hear that music?" Toot did not hear that music. Beep! That is the taxi. Toot was ready to leave for his trip to Congo, Africa. When he got there he saw Gorillas tapping on the water. Toot was amazed. Then splat he saw a strange looking pig named Asani. Asani took Toot to a feast. Asani said "We have a feast to thank the animals for the music." Asani started singing and pounding on a drum. Asani teaches Toot to play a drum. When Toot got home Toot and Puddle got in the beat together!

Next in the story a girl lost her mom's pearl earring but she wants Reginald to solve the mystery instead of Jigsaw. All Jigsaw wants is to teach Reginald that gadgets only work that way in movies, a real detective uses brain power. Eventually he teaches Reginald the lesson and together they figure out where the pearl earrings are.

Niki gets the dance at the zoo and Niki is being a garbege bag and she is supposed to hang out with Cloey and Zoey but Niki's boyfriend asked her to the dance and she is going to be Jullit and Niki's little sisters teacher asks Niki to be a helper the same day that the dance is so Niki has to be a helper at the zoo to and a garbege bag and Jullit and she is going back and forth changeing in her costomes. So Niki just wants to dress in her reglar clothes but some one took her duffel bag and she thinks it is Mackenzie. Niki is right Mackenzie took her bag and Mackenzie gets the micerphone and says that Niki took her bag and her friends find out she is deffrent things and her friend said they could of helped her with the rat costume thing. and that is the story of Dork Diaries. The canoe takes them floating on the Amazon River. Along the way they mistaken a snake for a tree vine, a crocodile for a stick, oh!, and almost got bit by some piranhas. Also, Jack and Annie run in to a mango throwing monkey that later saves them from the rain, a jaguar attack, and then gives them an extra mango, but you can find out what that is for when you read Magic Tree House # 6 Afternoon on the Amazon.

Suddenly in the middle of their digging a storm blew in. The Pirates all jumped into the paddle boat to paddle to the ship, but they left Jack and Annie. That gave the brother and sister time to escape. Jack and Annie raced to the tree house and wished they could go home. And they did.

They do a lot of fun stuff together, unfortunatly near the middle of the book be starts losing his best friend because Greg was doing something ornery at school and the people at school thought Rowley did it. Rowley got disciplined for what Greg had done. That made Rowley mad. Thankfully in time they both forgave each other.

Switched was about a girl that went crazy and thought that her friend, Lucy, was still alive. Lucy had died in a bad car accident a couple years ago and Nicole (the name of the girl that was crazy) had stayed with Lucy until she had died. Nicole hadn't had any nightmares for about a year and hadn't hallucinated either but lately she thinks that Lucy is still around. Nicole thinks her life is so bad and depressing since her parents don't give her any room to breath and her boyfriend just broke up with her. When she goes to meet Lucy outside she has an idea. She asks Nicole to switch bodies with her. Nicole thinks that it would be fun, good for a laugh. But it turns out that Lucy is a murderer and she thinks that she killed her own parents and boyfriend but she is just imagining it all. After she sees Kent's, Lucy's boyfriend, death she goes over to the school to try and find Lucy. When she sees cops at the front door (which are actually medical doctors) she runs and goes to Lucy's grandmothers then her parents show up and remind her that Lucy had died three years ago and that she has to go over to the hospital. When she thinks she is going to get out she starts to talk to Lucy again.

I thought that the books was really good and interesting it is a book that I would read over and over again. It had good details and kept me wanting to finish it. It just lures you in. It is abook that I would recommend to kids to read because it's adventurous and keeps you on your toes.

Leafpool discover Ashfur's body on the border of the Thunder Clan & Windclan. When they discovered more they went to the gathering. At the gathering Hollyleaf spilled the truth about Squirrelflight & Brawbleclaw not being their real parents. When they got back from the gathering Jayfeather smelled Hollyleaf in the den. When he spotted her she ran out of the camp. Lionblaze and Jayfeather followed her. She explained how she was the one who killed Ashfur. Lionblaze and Jayfeather watched her go down the tunnel. They heard the water roaring and then they heard a growl. She was dead. They agreed to tell them that she was chasing a squirrel and she followed it to the tunnel.

I enjoy reading all of the Warriors series. I would recommend any of these books.

Brambleclaw, Squirrelflight, Crowfeather, Breezepaw, Hollypaw and Lionpaw have to teach the to-be's new techniques for fighting the outsiders. So they start changing the way the Tribe of Bushing Water's ways are. Patrolling the border Bramble Claw, Crowfeather and Squirrelflight are setting markers when they run into the trespassing intruders. One day later, they attacked, then that night. Breezepaw, Lionpaw, Hollypaw brought up back. Brambleclaw, Squirrelfight and Crowfeather and all the other older Tribe Cats fought and came from the front entrance. They fought until the intruders fled. The leader spoke up and said I will leave your territory alone and we will be rivals, but you have to promise to leave my nurseing mother alone. They agreed and the Clan Cats said their goodbyes and left.

I like all the Warriors books and would recommend to other.

He stays away for a week, comes back, and says he is sorry. Jaypaw is a blind apprentice. A Medicine cat apprentice. His mentor is Leafpool, Firestar's daughter. Firestar is the clan leader of Thunder Clan. There are troubles in Thunder Clan. Firestar tries to fix them, but can't. So he goes to the Moonpool. Star Clan reveals stuff to him, but he cannot decipher it. At the end, they find the 3 missing Wild Clan cats and get warriored.

Junie B's friends started making fun of her saying the cafeteria food smelled bad. She told the lunch lady & teacher that her friends were making fun of her. The next day Junie B. Jones asked if they could give milk and cookies out, all the kids were very happy and thanked Junie B. Jones for the cookies and milk. All the kids told Junie B. Jones they were sorry for making fun of her.

Bodalore children's parents died in a fire and left the children an enormous fortune. Count Olaf is trying to get that fortune through all the thirteen books of the series. Violet the eldest of the children is an inventor her younger brother Klaus tries her inventions to see if they work. Klaus is the book worm his knowledge saves them more then once, Sunny the baby girl has very sharp teeth she occupies herself with biting, this is a very "Bay Begging". I would have to say that book #10 was my favorite one, but you have to read them in order or you'll get confused. It's such a good book I say you should definitely read the series.

Seekers is an awesome book about three different bears, a black bear, a brown bear and a white bear. All three of them have had some suffering. Kallik the polar bear is on a journey to find her brother. Tagigg. Toklo the grizzly bear is abandoned by his mother at a young age. Toklo is trying to survive in the wild without the guidance of his mother, Lusa the black bear lives in the zoo with her family. Lusa is very curious about what's beyond the bear bawl. Her father king forbids any talk of the wild. This is such a cool book but you might not want to read it till Hunter finishes book three. I read it so fast that now I have to wait for book two to come out.

This is a wonderful book if you like cats. This book is about 4 clans of cats. Thunerclan, Windclan, Riverclan and Shadowclan. The cats have to survive in the forest with only the help of their clan mates, they protect their hunting ground from the other clans. They have leaders and a deputy to organize hunting patrols and bounder patrols. The elders (old cats) and queens (in the nursery with kittens) are always fed first. The cats live by something called the worrior code. When the kittens are six months old the leader picks a warrior to mentor the kitten and to teach him to hunt and to teach them the warrior code. If you like cats this is the book to read. Happy Reading

The book starts out with a kid that goes by Zits. Zits joins yet another foster family he does not care for. Zits runs off and is quickly captured by the police. While in the cell he meets other juvenile delinquents, including one named Justice who becomes his friend. After Zits returns to his foster parents the pretty boy comes and takes him away. The boy tells Zits about the Native Americans and how their lives are different and they are not free. The boys name is Justice and they soon begin some discussion of a "Ghost Dance" . The Discussion soon leads into Zits shooting up a bank, as he pulls out his guns one man says "Your not real". Zits is shot and sent into a whirlwind of different bodies where he learns something different each time. Though his visions he learns a lot about life and people. Zits begins a new life. I recommend this book.

He meets an Indian tribe who grows to loved him. In the end, he has a choice to make, should be stay for his family that hasn't come for a year or go with the Indians to a new land.The story was full of excitement and cool gadgets he made out of nature. There was always daring adventures. I recommend this book for kids 10 years and older. It helps you learn about Indian culture and what life use to be like in pioneer days.

Every character in the story had a unique personality. All the characters were owls. The story takes place in the future when humans do not exist. Soren, the main character owl, fell out of his nest and another owl, from St. Agges, captured him. They take young owls that fall out of their nest and do this thing called "moon blinking" to make the young owls not think for themselves. They would do this to control them. The main story is an adventure to get away from this evil without getting "moon blinked".

The plot and the character make this a gook read. It is a good adventure and easy reading.

"The Capture" is book #1 of the Guardians of Ga'Hoole Series. There are 14 books in this series.

This is a really good book on CD that is about a young German girl living in a small town during Nazi supremacy. She endures hardship, but meets some wonderful people, including her foster mother and father. The title comes from the fact that she develops a love for books, and "collects" them at every opportunity. Words are a large focus of this book, both for Liesel (the book's heroine) and for Germany under Hitler, who used words to devastate his country and decimate millions of people. The book is narrated by Death himself, who was very busy during that time but managed to pay attention to the life and words of a sensitive young girl

This is a classic novel about the ocean, pirates, and treasure. The story starts out in a small port town where a mother and her son--who run a inn called Admirle Benbow--are encountered by an unexpected guest. The man that comes askes for a room. On the first couple of days the boy quickly realizes what a pain the guest is. At one point in time, the man tells the boy that if there ever comes an old blind man for me I'm not here--Or close enough. When the blind man does come he hands the guest a plack spot, the sign of death. The guest tells Jim, the boy, to take a map. One thing turns into another and he is off sailing on a ship to a "Treasure Island". On the ship is the cool Long John Silver. Silver is nice to Jim but things start to change after Jim accidently hears plans to take over the ship. Silver, as well as many other crew members are planning a take-over. The battle begins! The two sides fight for a while but it all narrows down to who get the gold in the end.May ye men who are brave continue with thy journey! Arr!
